The Roll Clinics were a huge success in 2008! They were so popular that we started them up again in 2009! Scheduled every Wednesday and Friday evening for the bargain price of $25.00 ($20.00 if you are a member of the YWCA)these two hour clinics have already taught dozens of people how to roll a kayak. Welcome to the USNWC PaddleSports blogspot. Everyday something great happens here at this tucked away spot just outside of Charlotte. They said build it and they will come and that is exactly what has happened. The largest artificial whitewater course in the world, a climbing center, challenge course, mountain biking and running trails all sit right at the banks of the Catawba River. It is an outdoor recreation paradise. We wanted to create an avenue to share what happens here on the day to day.
